A show dedicated to all those who keep dreaming
In the middle of nowhere, a man. He walks, alone, tired, having for only company a large suitcase and a big piece of paper.
In the middle of nowhere, a woman. Weakened, she looks for a place to sleep.
How to react to a stranger?
Without words, with gestures, shapes and painting, these two foreigners speak and establish a game full of curiosity, generosity and hope where sharing becomes a way of communication.
A show about magic that comes when we allow ourselves comunicating with the heart.
Directed by Iolanda Llansó
Children from Spain, Denmark, Germany, Holland, Syria, Lebanon, France, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Israel, Colombia and Cape Verde Island, have already enjoyed the show.

WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT US
“Papirus is a sample of what the shows for young audiences can propose of better: a funny and poetic fable, presented in a subtle form of entertainment.”
“Une belle réussite, typique de ce mélange de réalisme et de lyrisme poétique qui caractérise le regard particulier que les catalans portent sur notre monde.”
“Papirus passe (…) par les sentiers de la poésie et de la créativité. Avec la subtile clef des arts plastiques, ils réussissent à donner des idées aux enfants tout en passant le message final contre la guerre et pour la planète: on en sort défroissé!”
“Papirus is a show that speaks of feelings and hope. Meticulous in its detail, stimulating and ably performed with complete abandon, Papirus marks a fresh step forward for the company. It is far and away one of the most riveting shows for all ages on offer at the moment.”
“Xirriquiteula touched the audience, by their poetry and their mime. Papirus demonstrates the creative capacity of this company that has been working for so many years to create worthwhile shows for all audiences on a small budget.”
